We run a personal service, and do our best at all times to make sure that customers will be happy with the products we sell, and services we provide. However, so as to leave no doubt, the following notes allow customers to check on our terms and practices before ordering.

Bidder Agrees to Honour

All his commitments in full and in a timely manner. Failure to abide by this requirement will produce the immediate suspension in our site.

Descriptions
All items are described in the item description. Condition is often mentioned and can be seen in the picture. Customers can contact us before purchase if they need a fuller description of any aspect of the goods, This is described in the 'Contact' section of the site.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you submit, either by email or on the site will not be passed on to any other companies, businesses in any way. If you have submitted your website or purchased an online product, we will NOT send you spam in any way unless you have given permission to receive news and updates or newsletters from us.

Payment

Orders will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment.

All lots are priced in Us Dollars but payment can be made in a number of methods. These are described in the 'Payment Methods' section of the site. Payment must be paid and cheques cleared before I will send the items.

Shipping and Handling

Are charged to the account of the buyer. Please take a look to 'Shipping & Returns' for more details.

Combining Orders with Ebay Parchases

Frequently, smaller eBay lots can ride along with your website order with no additional cost of postage. Shipping can be combine up to 10 stamps, covers or stickers items. So if you buy more than one item and maximun 10 items we will charge only one shipping (notice if you send a personal check only put one shipping). If you won some ebay items and already pay with paypal, notice our site will charge you again with the shipping cost but do not worry we will return the extra shipping with paypal or in the same cover we sent the items won. We reserve the right to ship eBay lots separately, at our discretion.
